NO VOICE NO CHOICE

Sadly grandparent visitation issues are a growing social problem that doesn't seem to dissipate. Parents/custodial caregivers love the anger more than their children, biggest reason the child is the one who suffers most. Every child should have a right to maintain a loving relationship from grandparents....ah but children have no voice and therefore, no choice. The parents are not going to change. All the work falls upon the grandparents. It's always better to seek the least adversarial path toward resolution, going to court relinquishes all power to the judge.
